Subject: Letter of Warranty
Gentlemen:
We, Environmental Air Systems, LLC, do hereby warrant that all labor and materials furnished and work
performed in conjunction with the above referenced project are in accordance with the contract documents and
authorized modifications thereto, and will be free from defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a
period of one (1) year from Date of Substantial Completion. This Warranty commences 8/31/17 Date of
Substantial Completion and expires on 8/30/2018 Expiration Date.
Warranty does not include or cover any maintenance related work (i.e.; filters, belts, lubrication, and ECT.). All
warranty items should be directed to Envirotrol at 336- 273-9587.
Environmental Air Systems must receive complete and final payment, including retainage, before any warranty
issues will be considered.
Please indicate your acceptance of the warranty by signing one (1) copy of this letter and returning it to
Environmental Air Systems, Inc.
