All items noted herein pertain to work within the scope of the contract and effect no change in the contract price. 2. This list may not be exhaustive, and failure to include any item does not relieve the Contractor from the responsibility of completing all work in an acceptable manner in accordance with the Contract Documents. 3. Additional punch lists will be issued if the need is indicated or if addi- tional discrepancies are noted. Final inspection will be made when all work has been satisfactorily completed or corrected. Pease Associates · TYPICAL ITEMS REQUIRING CORRECTION OR COMPLETION L Most of the toilet millwork shelves are not properly installed. Reanchor wood brackets to walls, screw shelf to wood brackets, and provide seal- ant around shelf as needed. 2. The push-pull latch installation on many doors are not acceptable. The oversized holes for through-bolts must be rigidly shimmed with wood inserts from both sides of the door. 3. The workmanship at the plaster /stainless steel transition on corner guards must be improved. Refer to detail 2/A-15. 4e The VAT will be subject to further inspection because the floors were not sufficiently cleaned to determine acceptability. 5. The lockers will be inspected when completed. It should be noted that the lockers will require touch-up paint, the walls around the lockers will require touch-up paint, and the base condition at the lockers will have to be improved. I I I I I I I I I I I I I""'• I I I I I I 6. The floor mounted door stops are not rigidly anchored. The bolts will have to be set in a proper bed of grout. and some locations will require longer bolts. 7. Complete the installation of the hospital cubicle tracks. Provide neces- sary accessories. Most tracks are not properly stabilized. Replace or clean dirty tracks. · B. Complete the installation of the intravenous tracks. End stops not prop- erly installed. Most tracks are not properly stabilized. 9. Complete the demountable screen installation in the special care units. The top rail of the installed sections does not align and must be corrected. Install a bead of sealant around the posts at the floor. Provide touch-up paint as needed. 10. All millwork items require further cleaning. 11. Complete the installation of refrigerators, nourishment and ice stations, wall mounted ice machines. and kitchenette units. After the installation has been completed, clean and demonstrate the use. of the units to the Owner. · 12. The rubber base corners are not properly installed. The adhesive is breaking down and many of the corners have already come off. This condition must be corrected. 13. Replace all yAT that has been damaged or installed over foreign objects. 14. All floors require further cleaning, especially ceramic tile floors. 15. Wb.ere dirt was embedded into ceramic tile. grout and base sealant prior to curing, clean or replace the grout and/or sealant. 16. Clean windows on the outside. 17. Most wood doors are dirty and marked. Clean and wax. ·1s. The building is still suffering from water leaks which must be repaired and time tested prior to the closing out of the project. 19. The window curtain tracks are not properly strung. 20. Disable the "hold open" feature on the overhead door hardware on all handicapped toilets. 21. Stabilize all legs on millwork items. Apply a generous coat of lemon oil to the pegboard surfaces of millwork carrels. 24. Complete window installation according to previous instructions. 25. Complete the remedial water damage wo-·k within the existing facilities. 26. Resolve the water damaged Technicon Analyzer situation. 27. Clean marble thresholds. 28. Attach all paper towel dispensers with four (4) fasteners •. 29. Concrete toppings at various stair landings are not properly bonded and must be corrected. 30. Put the pneumatic tube station system into operation prior to final inspec- tion and demonstrate the use to the Owner. 31. Remove tape from finished hardware at stair doors. 32. Set screws at grab bar couplings were omitted and must be installed at all locations. 33.
